My mission is empowering transformation in others toward a fulfilling life of love, health, and happiness. I do this through hypnosis.

I came to this work the long way around. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and I am a licensed Naturopathic Medical Doctor. Over 40+ years in healthcare — including intensive care and occupational health — I have worked in a wide range of clinical settings. Across all of them, hypnosis has produced the most dramatic and rewarding results I have seen for the people in my care.

I have been a Certified Hypnotherapist for more than 20 years, and I am a Certified Level 2 QHHT® Practitioner trained in Dolores Cannon's method.

Philosophy

Get it done

A cookie-cutter approach to hypnotherapy simply does not work. Every session is built around you. Together you define the goal, and the philosophy is direct: get it done. When your subconscious mind and your conscious desire are aligned, the work is largely complete — which is why clients are often surprised that it frequently takes just one session. Everyone is different, and some goals call for more, but the aim is never to stretch the work out.
