Information we collect

• Contact form submissions: name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in your message.
• Booking information: when you schedule a consultation or session through our Calendly link, Calendly collects your name, email, and phone number on our behalf. Their handling of that information is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy.
• Newsletter signup: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
• Session recordings: with QHHT sessions, an audio recording of your session is made. You leave with a personal copy — see "Session recordings" below for how we handle our copy.

We do not use cookies or tracking pixels for advertising purposes on this site.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct appointments, and provide care. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.

Session recordings

Your QHHT session recording is yours — you leave with a personal copy. HypnoSight also retains a copy, stored in an access-controlled cloud storage account, for at least six years from your last date of service, consistent with Arizona's medical recordkeeping requirements (A.R.S. § 12-2297). This ensures a copy is available if you'd like to revisit it or draw on it in future coaching sessions. You may request that we delete our copy sooner by emailing drpotter@hypnosight.org.

Health information

Naturopathic medical services are provided under Dr. Potter's Arizona NMD license, and any clinical records are maintained consistent with Arizona naturopathic medical recordkeeping requirements. HypnoSight does not bill insurance and does not electronically exchange health information with insurers or other providers, and is not a HIPAA-covered entity as a result. Regardless of that status, we treat any health information you share with the same care described throughout this policy: used only to provide your care, and never sold or shared for marketing.

Third-party services

This site uses:

• Google Maps (embedded map on the Contact and About pages) — subject to Google's privacy policy.
• Calendly (booking) — subject to Calendly's privacy policy.
• Dropbox (secure storage of session recordings) — subject to Dropbox's privacy policy.

We do not control these third parties' data practices and encourage you to review their policies directly.

Your choices

• You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing drpotter@hypnosight.org.
• You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send.

Data retention

We keep contact form and booking information only as long as needed to respond to you and provide care, or as required by Arizona recordkeeping law for clinical records.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time.
